I have been using Royle Care for the last three months for my son who is Autistic, we wanted someone to take him for outings and access the community. They are always on time and very helpful when they arrive. They have gained mine and my son’s trust which is a big thing for us as my son has limited speech and understanding, I needed to know when he was away from me he was understood and safe. If I ever have any questions someone is always on hand to answer them and help. I would recommend Royle Care and in fact I have done so to my friends.

CLIENTThey do not rush you or make you feel unimportant though their time schedule is quite strict, they do try to get to their clients on time (Reading traffic allowing for this).
CLIENTThe main thing that springs to mind whenever Royle Care is mentioned is CARING in capital letters, because I defy anyone to get better care anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble. “THE STAFF” everyone that I have had so far, have been true carers. They are thorough whatever they do. They are also great fun on the whole too, which is often lacking in a lot of people. People who are often disabled, old and in pain are often depressed and need just a little light heartedness in their lives. Their Carers maybe the only people that they see all day long, so a little chat and a laugh is invaluable and can set people up for the day.
